Communications and marketing for GRRR and TOKYO ry 2025 wappu event.
Overview
I was tasked with making the marketing material for GRRR and TOKYO ry wappu event in Helsinki. The target group was all the Arts students of Aalto University.
The visual style was an interesting challenge since wappu is the biggest celebration in Universities all over Finland and has been done a million times. I wanted the style to be interesting but still really fun and bright.
The project was a success and it's one of my favorite posters I've done. Since the tickets sold out in 12 minutes I would say it worked as marketing material also.
